Good question, I have the same problem.

I've got it!
The problem is that we lacked a dll file.
Just download it and put it in the windows/system32 file.
Mine was : d3dx9_24.dll

i just downloaded Winrar and im kinda confused, it keeps telling me that i cant extract it without downloading the next part, but then i cant install THAT part becuase i need the NEXT part, how do i fix this, and how do i exract it all to the same file or folder?
